Lunch Run. Not pushing. Almost rainy. Cool temp.
Lunch Swim for a change
Morning Ride. Short but with a TT on second loop.
Afternoon Run. W-up 2.5k / intervals 1'+1') x6 / cool to at pace 2.5k
Surfing. I've been "upgraded" to the blue longboard :-) Now I can turn 😅
Lunch Run - 2.5k w-up / 3.3k x-country "fast"/ 2.5k easy
