Note : Doing the double in about 6 or 7 weeks is going to be tough though. Stopped once to buy a much needed sport drink. Still hot and humid around here. Lost 1.5kg of sweat. By the way from 80kg in March, I am down to 75kg now. Still some to lose. Also 95% of my training this summer has been done before breakfast, no issue with that. I don't think it changed anything in fact. Just the regular exercise and cutting the obvious from my diet worked. That said I lack strength though.
