Windy! Just a banana in stomach.  Last 400m all I got.
That should have been a recovery run. But I was feeling good.

Bike part of Miyazaki Triathlon, flat and a bit windy, for or against us.
Last run before Sunday tri race. Some long accelerations on the cross-country loop path.

Climb felt good then 2 punctures on the rear... 15k back on a flat... my poor rim... thankfully great weather.
Afternoon Run
Short but intense. Super strong wind.
Tempo. Strong NE 💨 wind. A bit faster in the end.
