Note : Observation: i will need way more energy in the tank (aka breakfast), and wear probably one more layer. About the new shoes : same model in fact (I like them (New Balance Fresh Foam Zante) and they are not as expensive as most model. I got them for 8000¥ when most other running shoes are 12000 or way more. That is nuts. Interesting thing my previous model were sized 27.5cm (US 9, EU 43) width Large and I ve been advised 28cm (US 10, EU 44) width standard. And indeed 2nd one suited me better. Is it possible my feet got larger getting old?? One thing that might surprise you, apart from the sport I rarely wear real shoes. One reason maybe...
