NUTRITION ADVICES AND A GO PRO TRIATHLON MOVIE (NOT BY ME)

I stumble upon these 2 videos recently. First is by Mara Yamauchi, a marathon runner. She's giving interesting food advices for people doing endurance sports in Japan. Not sure I could eat 6 mochi as she says she does/did before a race though!Second video is a really cool use of a Go Pro Camera to promote Triathlon. BACK TO TRAINING, SERIOUSLY.

This is has been a many times failed project during the last 5 years. Many times I thought : "ok this year I will train well and will race triathlons", it never happened.Before to live in Japan I was always living in places in France where it was easy to train, especially for the bike part. JOGGING IN YOKOHAMA

Despite of the cold, winter is a good season for training, it's much more comfortable than summer with its heat combined with humidity. So this time I propose you, not a photo-walk but a photo-jog!
