SEKIDO BASHI SPRING FLEA MARKET (6)
As you may remember (or not) I've already been to this bicycle flea market which takes place twice a year. I must say that this spring version was much more interesting, more sellers I think and more stuff to see, especially more frames.

Of course I took a load of shots :)
If this market is not specialized in ピストãƒã‚¤ã‚¯(pist bike = fixed gear), you can still see them all around!

Even if you don't intend to buy anything, it's really cool to see the bikes their owner proudly show.

This one should please Danny Choo a manga/eroge fixed gear;-)

This saddle from France was sold 44000 yen if I remember well...glurps... well very nice indeed.

Unusual chain

Some well handmade leather bags.

I had the pleasure to meet Numata San and Maeda San of cogmag.com. They are photographer/writer correspondents for the magazine. I was surprised to learn that they were readers of this blog *_* よã‚ã—ããï¼
Apart from the magazine, I bought from them some funny stuff, a set of pieces of leather with a sewing kit to put it on the toe clips that I just bought before).

Perfect to protect my shoes :)

I had a little chat with the owner of this really nicely set-up Panasonic. I love his choice for the colors.

This one came straight from Germany and is about 1 hundred years old! Incredible peace.

The chain ring is huge, as everything on this bike actually...

It was a brought to us by Imaoka San if I don't mistake, he has a recycle shop with lots of bikes in stock.

Nice tube protection in old kimono, I bought one ;-)

This lamp could be perfect for a steampunk fixed gear project, it needs some work though and was sold 10000 yens.

Not a big fan of the colors but interesting project bike.

This one is a 60's bicycle from France I think.

Old bikes and parts from France are popular here,

I mean for the hard core bicyles Otakus.

Even found some stickers of a French shop !

Some frames...

And more fixies!

It was a nice morning, I had some good chats, seen great bicycles : can't wait for the next one!

@Jinoopan : one time I saw pictures of a "folding" fixie! but it was not so easy to use I think.
@Nevan : welcome here! hey I check your homepage, good idea! Just 2 points (imho) : we should be able to see the date and title when mouseover on the icone on the top page. And maybe a link to the top page would be useful from each article.

N'hesites-pas a me contacter,
