Thanks guys, Thierry : Japan is a friendly country in matters of religion, they kind of accept any religion to settle and the priest did not ask any questions for why we wanted a Shinto ceremony. He was just surprised we chose "his" shrine as it is an unusual one for wedding until recently (only 4 ceremonies this year and before it was one every 2 years!)
