Salut! J'espère que vous profitez bien de l'été sur votre vélo préféré. Cela fait un petit moment que je n'ai rien posté à  propos des fixes ici.

Bon rien d'exceptionnel pour maintenant, juste quelques clichés pris au Tokyu Hands, un grand magasin.

Les Tokyu Hands ont en général un coin pas trop mal consacré au vélo.

En ce moment ils vendent surtout du Bianchi et le Fuji Feather, le meÌ‚me modèle que j'ai acheté il y a quelque mois.

Ils le vendent environ 71000 yens.

Je verrais bien une selle blanche sur mon fixe.

Celle du fond me plait bien mais d'abord je vais peut-être m'essayer au DIY (Do it Yourself = Fais le Toi-même) en couvrant ma selle actuelle d'un cuir blanc, ca me parait faisable.

Si les sacs de messenger/coursiers sont votre truc, je crois qu'il y a là  de quoi faire...

Oui on peut même y acheter une copie de Fast Friday! Pas mal pour un magasin qui vend aussi des fourchettes, des lampes etc...

OK, pas grand chose à  voir mais je suis tombé sur ce sac en papier : Tintin fait du pignon fixe en Chine! (dans le Lotus Bleu). Bon apparemment il ne maitrise pas trop le freinage car il se croute quelques cases plus loin.

I had no idea Tokyu Hands has fixed gear bikes and accessories. Thanks for posting this. I'm going to stop in for a browse soon.

If you are in Tokyo, the Tokyu Hands for fixed gear is the one in Shibuya. The one in Shinjuku has nothing. The one in the article is in Yokohama.

I'm looking for a replacement for my bike I had to leave behind in London ... but my budget is a bit slim at the moment. I checked Nagoya but it's expensive in terms of fixed gears& Tokyu Hands Nagoya has no bikes. So I'm thinking to by one in Tokyo. Could ya tell me the address of the Tokyu Hands Yokohama or is the one in Tokyo as 'good' as the one in Yokohama?!

I tried to get a used one but the Japanese are crazy about them ...

Thank you for the post i will go to Tokyu Hands at Yokohama. it s look like their is more choice than at Shibuya. it s right you find nothing at shinjuku and only handle bar Nitto and grip Oury at Ikebukuro.

Thanks for your comment and precisions. I haven't been for a while at Shibuya Tokyu Hands but from what I remember Shibuya and Yokohama stores were quite similar. Have a good shopping! :)

Oh my god I love the store I have to go to Japan now!

Even here in SF there isn't a store that has that much dedication to fixies.

Alex, for you info this shop is just a supermarket, maybe comparable to Walmart in the US... You have to see the real Pisto Bike shop.. ;-)

RETOUR À L'ENTRAÎNEMENT, POUR DE BON!

Ces 5 dernières années ce fut un projet de nombreuses fois envisagé mais jamais réalisé. Combien de fois me suis-je dis, "Allez cette année retour au triathlon!" Ca n'est jamais arrivé…Avant de m'installer au Japon j'ai toujours vécu dans des endroits en France propices à l'entraînement spécialement en vélo que ce soit en Normandie, près de Versailles (vallée de la Cheuvreuse) ou sur la Cote d'Azur. En gros j'avais juste à sortir de chez moi et rouler quasi non-stop sans problème de circulation... Lire la suite

TOKYO CYCLE MODE 2010...

J'ai ces photos du Tokyo Cycle Mode depuis l'hiver 2010… Mais je voulais quand même les partager avant l'édition 2011 qui arrive à grand pas. J'en avais prises beaucoup plus, ceci n'est qu'un échantillon.Retour de Gitane ? Rachetée en tout cas et qui réapparait avec ce single speed pas très haut de gamme…Retour de Peugeot également? De meilleure qualité à première vue mais pas donné non plus pour ce genre de vélo.M. Colnago, lui-même.Colnago single speed.De Rosa toujours très classe.Classicisme... Lire la suite

RED BULL : COURSE DE MESSENGER À YOKOHAMA
