Before the monkeys of Nagano, we were as you might know (if you read the blog or my twitter account;) in Tottori Ken. Tottori is the birth place of my wife so through the past years I have been there quite often, and I know it more than most of the Japanese! For people in Japan, Tottori is often known as the place where there are dunes (sometimes called the Japan desert !! o_O), and others who have interest in ski or trekking for example will know Daisen (大山 : The Big Mountain).... NAGANO MONKEY PARK

I still have a log of photos from my holidays taken few weeks ago. Today let's go to Nagano prefecture. We stayed at a pension near the Myôkô-Kôgen station (about 15/20mn by car). I sorted the photos by themes this time : City : Shots taken after a day at the office in Shibuya. Time to relax with a beer and yakiniku for the salary men. Sometimes we can find some graffiti in Toky... Read more

SILVER WEEK IN TOTTORI

I am currently enjoying the Silver Week in Tottori Ken. My only connection to the Internet is my iPhone one so even if I can use the tethering (non officially supported) function with my Mac to surf the web, I won't upload dozens of photos through this channel, so this a light article... That said I've some articles in preparation and as soon as I'll be back in Yokohama I'll upload them. For now I can just show few shots that sum-up my week for now : We are in the countryside....
